Thai Monk Blessing inclusions:

A Thai Monk Blessing for foreign wedding couples is a wonderful way to refresh a marriage or begin a new. Enjoy a most memorable Thai Buddhist traditional blessing with early morning offering of flowers, food, and a traditional bowl of rice to the monks. Buddhism is as much a philosophy as it is a religion. The open-minded nature of the faith allows the monks to perform wedding rituals for those who know little about it. The ceremony is only available in the mornings.

• Wedding blessing and prayer conducted by 5 Thai Buddhist monks
• Offer of prayers for food and beverage to the monks

Thai Water Ceremony inclusions:

The Thai Water Ceremony is a traditional Thai wedding ceremony. The engaged couple sit together and kneel over a bench and cup their hands over an ornate silver bowl filled with flowers, typically lotus flowers (symbolizing fertility). A string is tradi­tionally draped from the bride to the groom’s head, symbolizing their union. Guests of the wedding, usually led by the most respected elders in attendance, will take turns approaching the couple and pouring water from a conch shell over the hands of the engaged couple, and offer words of good luck.
